Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Items can be exchanged for items of equivalent or lesser value, or for items of a greater value upon top-up of the necessary amounts. Please note that no refunds are provided.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Racket warranty policy

If purchasing a badminton racket, your racket is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase against certain defects. Please be aware of the following warranty policy:

• Victor Badminton rackets are warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturers defects in materials and workmanship only. As such, it is NOT 100% guaranteed that a claim will be approved. The entire process usually takes approximately 4-6 months. 
• The above warranty does not apply to string breakage or to racket breakage caused by intentional or inadvertent misuse as determined by Victor.
• Cut the strings on the broken frame but DO NOT remove the strings. Strings removed from the frame may not be processed.
• Paint chips and/or cosmetic damages do not qualify for warranty claim.
• Stringing the racket exceeding its recommended tension may fail the warranty claim process.
• Successful warranty claims for discontinued or Limited-Edition rackets that are no longer available will be replaced with similar product with equivalent trade value.
• The above guarantee covers replacement of frame only. Stringing will be an extra charge.
• All shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.

In all warranty process or claim, all decision is made by the respective manufacturer. World-Champ (S) Pte. Ltd. is not involved in any way in the warranty claim decision.
